Vegetable Medley A delicious healthy dish for your next potluck. Try adding snow pea or green beans! 2 doves garlic, minced 1/4 c. olive oil, divided 1 yellow squash, chopped 1 zucchini, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 red pepper, chopped 1 c. broccoli, chopped 1 onion, chopped steak seasoning to taste Sauté garlic in a large skillet in one tablespoon oil. Add remaining vegetables; toss with remaining oil and sprinkle to taste with steak seasoning. Sauté vegetables to desired crispness, stirring often, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
