TOSTADAS 4 whole corn tortillas, crisp-fried 1 cup refried beans 1/2 cup shredded jack cheese 3/4 cup shredded chicken 2 cups shredded letttuce Avocado slices or Guacamo1e (optional) fresh Tomato and green Chile Sauce For each tostada, spread a fried tortilla with about 3 or 4 tablespoons hot refried beans, sprinkle with about 2 tablespoons cheese, cover with about 2 to 3 tablespoons meat, top with about 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, and garnish with a few pieces of meat and avocado Slices or about 3 tablespoons Guacamole.
