Teriyaki Glaze


1/4 C Teriyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 traspoons corn starch
1 tablespoon cold water

Over moderate heat, disolve the sugar in the Teriyaki Sauce.
Bring mixture almost to a boil
Mix cornstarch into water.
Reduce heat to low and stir cornstarch mixture into sauce,
Continue stirring until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl
before it gets too thick.
