Sweet and Sour Sauce

        2 .piecas whole pineapple, diced
        1 small green pepper, cut into small pieces
        1/2 cup pineapple juice
        2 tbsp cornstarch
        1/4 cup vinegar
        1 1/3 cup water
        2 tbsp sugar
        1/8 tsp salt
        1/4 cup catsup
        1 tbsp cooking oil

        1. Mix pineapple juice, cornstarch, vinegar; water, sugar, and salt

        2; Heat oil and fry the green pepper for a minute. or two.
	   Add pineapple.
        3. Add pineapple juice mixture, bring to a boil, then add the catsup.
	   Remove from heat.
