Original version from Barbara Chau, Livermore, CA. 443-4522 SOUP WON TON 1/3 cup chopped shrimp 2/3 cup ground pork 3 tbsp chopped bamboo shoots 3 thsp soy sauce 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sesame seed oil won ton wrapper 1. Mix together all the ingredients except the won ton wrappers. 2. Put 1 tsp filling in the middle of a won ton wrapper and fold. Seal with water or egg white. (makes about 36) 3. Bring 3 quarts of water in a large sauce pan to a boll. Drop in won tons. When the water comes to a boil again, add another cup of cold water. When the water boils again and the won tons float on top, they are dons. Serve with won ton soup.
