My neighbor's mom always used to make this. .. it's yummy served by itself and it's good on vanilla ice cream too. 4 c. rhubarb, chopped 1/2 c. water 3/4 c. sugar Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Continue to stir until rhubarb breaks up and thickens slightly, Serves 4 to 6.
