RHUBARB CREAM PIE Combine: 1-1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 3 eggs slightly beaten Add: 4 cups rhubarb (1 pound) cut into 1" slices Line 9" pie plate with pastry and fill with fruit mixture. Top With lattice crust. Bake in hot oven 400 F for 50 to 60 minutes.
