Serve immediately for crunchy noodles or refrigerate 2 hours or more for a softer texture. 16-oz. pkg. coleslaw mix 1 c. oil 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. sunflower kernels 1/3 c. vinegar 1/2 c. sliced almonds 2 3-oz. pkgs. ramen noodles with seasoning packets Combine slaw, onions, sunflower kernels and almonds in a serving bowl. Crush noodles and add to bowl; set aside. In a small bowl, mix contents of seasoning packets, oil, sugar and vinegar; pour over slaw mixture. Toss to coat; chill. Serves 4 to 6.
