Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Oster Bread Machine 1.5 pound loaf 1 and 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened 3 1/4 cup bread flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons yeast 3/4 cup raisins 2 pound loaf 1 and 1/2 cups water 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened 4 cups bread flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons salt 3/4 cup raisins 2 and 1/4 teaspoons yeast Spray bottom of pan to make it easy to get the loaf out. Add water at 80-100F. Spread salt. sugar, and cinnamon into water. Add flour. Make a well in the flour and add yeast. Hold the raisins for kater. Snap the baking pan into the breadmaker and close the lid. Press "Select" button to choose the Sweet setting. Press the "Crust Color" button to choose light, medium or dark crust. Press the "Start/Stop" button. Wait 20 minutws for the beep. When the bread machine beeps during the kneading cycle, raise the lid and sprinkle the raisins in, a few at a time, until they are kneaded with the dough. When the machine is done, remove the hot pan, turn oss the machine, remove the loaf from the pan. and probably get the kneading blade out of the loaf. Rub the crust with butter, all over.
