Pumpkin Bread From Karen Pentony Sift together or mix well 3 1/2 C flour 2 tsp soda 1 1/2 tsp salt Add 1 C oil 4 eggs 2/3 Cup water 2 C pumpkin 1 C chopped nuts 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 3 Cups sugar Mix until smooth. Divide into 3 loaf pans (greased and floured) Bake at 350 F for 1 hour Cool slightly in pans, then turn onto rack. When cool, wrap in foil. Freeze if desired. Should be made 1 day before serving.
