Pork Chops in Sour Cream 3/4 to 1 teaspoon sage 1/2 teaspoon salt 6 3/4 inch loin pork chops 2 medium onions, sliced 1 can condensed consomme (beef) 1 cup dairy sour cream 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour Combine sage, salt, and dash pepper; Rub chops with the mixture. Brown chops lightly in hot fat. Drain off excess fat. Add onions and consomme. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until meat is almost done. Combine sour cream and flour; pour over chops.
