PIE CRUST -- QUICK Makes 4 12" circles 1 # butter 4 C flour 1 T + 1 t sugar 2 t salt 1/2 C iced water In bowl of a food processor, combine the butter and dry ingredients. Process just until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add iced water a bit at a time until dough pulls away from the bowl and forms a solid mass. Remove from bowl and knead once or twice on a floured surface. Divide dough into four pieces. Roll each into 12" circle. Use one and freeze the remaining three.
