No Fail Pie Crust 3 C flour 1 t salt 1 t baking powder 1 C plus 2 T shortening 1 egg 1/3 cup water 1 T vinegar Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together. Cut in shortning, or use fingers until mix is like corse oatmeal. Beat egg, water, and vinegar together and stir into flour mixture. The dough may be used immediately or refrigerated up to 2 days. Yields enough for one ten inch pie.
