PEAS CONTINENTAL 1 large can peas, or 1 package frozen peas, cooked 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 can sliced mushrooms 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 2 tablespoons sherry 1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, and gently cook 1/2 cup of chopped onions until transparent. 2. Add 1 drained can of peas or 1 package of frozen peas that have been cooked, 1 can (drained) of sliced mushrooms, 1/4teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, a pinch of marjoram, and 2 table- spoons of sherry.
