ORZO SALAD WITH PESTO MAYONNAISE DRESSING 1 pound orzo pasta 2 bunches scallions, chopped 1 medium red beii pepper, cored. 1-1/2 cups thinly sliced celery DRESSING 2 T white wine vinegar Juice of 1 lemon 1/3 cup Pesto Sauce 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup olive oil Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Cook the pasta in lightly salted water until aL dente. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain well. Combine the drained pasta in a large bowl along with the scallions, bell pepper, and celery.
