NACHOS

Tortilla chips
Grated Monterey Jack cheese
Jalapeno slices
Hot Sauce


Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.   
Put grated cheese on top on each chip and top with 1 or 2 jalapeno slices.  
Top with Hot Sauce.  
Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.  
Serve hot.
