Meat Loaf 1/2 lb. ground beef or veal 1/4 lb. ground lean pork 1 1/2 medium slices soft bread, torn in pieces, and 1/2 cup milk; or 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs and 2/3 cup milk 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. minced onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/~ tsp. each pepper, dry mustard, celery salt, and garlic salt 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce catsup or BBQ sauce for topping. Heat oven to 350 F (mod.). Mix all ingredients thor- oughly. Shape into 2 loaves in shallow baking pan. Spread with catsup or your favorite bottled barbecue sauce. Bake 1 hr., until done. 4 servings. Note: Serve one loaf hot; serve the other cold for an- other dinner.
