GUACAMOLE 2 medium avocados, seeded, peeled, and cut up 1 small tomato, chopped 1 tablespoon onion, minced dash or two of garlic powder 2 or more canned green chilies, or 2 or more Jalapenos Lemon juice to taste (optional,) Salt and pepper Paprika 1.
