Original version from Barbara Chau, Livermore, CA. 443-4522 FRIED WON TON 1 package of won ton wrappers filling: 1/4 cup shrimp, finely çhopped 1/4 cup ground lean pork ( Jimmy Dean pork sausage ) 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp sesame seed oil 1/2 tsp salt 2 dry mushrooms, soak in warm water and chop 3 water chestnuts, chopped 1 tsp sherry oil for frylng 1. Mix the shrimp and pork vith the soy sauce, sesame seed oil, salt, dry mushrooms, water chestnuts, and sherry. 2. Wrap a little filling in a corner of the wrapper, seal tight. 3. Fry the wrapped won ton in deep fat until light brown, turning once. Serve with sweet and sour sauce. ..
