Fish Tacos (plain) Make taco seasoning as below, or use commercial seasoning. Thaw the fish if it is frozen. Pat it dry. The seasonings is enough for 1 1/2 lb of fish. Preheat oven to 400 F. Rub fish with seasonings. Bake until tender, 10 minutes if fish is 1" thick, or proportional for other thicknesses, Cut the fish or break it into small bitesize pieces. Serve with crisp or soft tortillas and the usual additions. It will probably be ok to nreak up the fish before cooking, but that means more work getting the fish arranged on the baking dish
