Easy Creamed Spinach With sharp knife or frozen-food saw, cut 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach in half. (Return remain- ing half-pkg. to freezer for later use.) Partially thaw spinach and break apart. Make ½ cup Thick White Sauce (p. 122) in top of double boiler; add spinach and dash of nutmeg. Cover and cook over boiling water about 15 min., stirring occasionally. 2 servings.
