Chocolate Frosting 2 C sifted powder sugar 3 oz bittersweet chocolate broken & melted 3 T butter, melted 1 t vanilla 1/4 C coffee Stir the vanilla into the coffee. Add the liquids to the sugar and stir until fully mixed. If too thin, add more powdered sugar. If too stiff, add more coffee. If more chocolate taste is needed, add cocoa powder. Leftovers keep many months in a sealed, refrigerated container.
