CHILI CON QUESO


Saute    2 diced onions
         12 fresh Jalapenos ( or as many to your taste)
             seeded & chopped    (3 with seeds, 9 without)
         2 peeled, seeded tomatoes

Add   1 can cheddar cheese soup
      1 small (4 oz) can Calif. Green Chilies, chopped
      1 jar of mild taco Sauce  (8 oz)
      1 1/2 teas. garllc salt

Simmer until hot,  then add l0 oz of grated Jack cheese.

 Serve when cheese is melted.

For a hotter dip use hot taco sauce.
