Date & Pecan Chicken Salad

A tasty and different chicken salad, great on buttered raisin bread.

1 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/4 c. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped dates

1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c, mayonnaise
1/4 t. sugar

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Serves 4.

	Fancy Chicken Salad

Delicious as either a sandwich filling or a salad.

2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/3 c. seedless grapes, halved
2 green onions, sliced
1/3 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste

Combine chicken, celery, grapes, onions and almonds. Blend in
mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and curry powder; add salt and
pepper to taste. Serves 4 to 6.
