Chicken Salad [good] Original version from Barbara Chau, Livermore, CA. 443-4522 1/3 head lettuce, oat into irregular small pieces (about 3 cups) 1 C ohioken neat (hand shredded chicken) 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed 2 oz fried rice noodle 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tbsp sesame seed oil 1 tbsp soy. sauce 2 tsp oil Chinese parsley 1. Mix sesame seed oil with salt, soy sauce. 2. Heat the oil and pour into soy sauce mixture. 3. Mix in sauce mixture with the lettuce, chicken meat, sesame seed. Mix well. 4. Mix half of the fried rice noodle and parsley with the salad. Put the rest of the noodle in the bottom or on top of the plate. [ may add bacon on top ]
