Caesar Salad Garlic oil - Peel and cut in half 2 cloves garlic, put in 1/4 cup oil, cover, overnight. Croutons - Toss 2 C bread cubes in the garlic oil and toast at 200 F in oven until brown. Salad: 1 large head lettuce 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 C blue cheese 1/2 t salt 1/4 t pepper 1 egg 6 T oil 3 1/2 T lemon juice 1 T Worcestershire sauce Wash, dry, tear lettuce. Sprinkle cheeses, salt, pepper over greens. Mix oil, egg, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, drizzle over greens, add croutons, toss, and serve.
