BEAN SPRoUTS WITH GREEN ONIONS 1 lb. bean sprouts 2-3 green onions sliced 1 clove garlic crushed 1 tbsp peanut oil 5 tbsp chicken stock pinch of salt, sugar I tsp corn starch mixed with cold water-1 tbsp Cut onions. Fry the garlic in the hot oil until golden and then discard it. Have oil very hot - add the bean sprouts and cook them for about 2 minutes, stirring all the time. Add the onions and stock, stir in corn starch and took till sauce is thick.
