Quick Baked Pike Fillets 3/4 to 1 lb. dressed pike fillets 1 tbsp. butter, melted flour or Bisquick salt and pepper Heat oven to 500 F (very hot). Season fish with salt and pepper. Dip in flour or Bisquick. Place fish in lightly greased baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until done. Serve immediately, garnished with tomato and lemon wedges. 2 servings.
